The caviar brand Sturia was created 20 years ago near Bordeaux, in the French region of Aquitaine. It is known for its high-quality French caviar and its traditional craftsmanship. Sturia’s sturgeons are bred in Aquitaine, the caviar is selected by hand and cured on-site, using the purest tradition: the roe is gently handsifted, washed in fresh water, mixed with salt and then simply tinned.
